See our cleanup and drying projects →Call 360-770-0058 any time, day or night. Our team is based in Bow and serves Arlington. We will ask about your address, active leaking and access, then confirm crew availability and an estimated arrival time. Travel, weather and existing emergency jobs affect timing; an arrival time is not guaranteed before we speak with you.
We provide photos, moisture readings, a scope of work and Xactimate estimates when applicable, and can share this documentation with your adjuster. Your insurer decides coverage and payment under your policy. We explain the proposed work and your authorization before starting.
Keep people and pets away from wet areas. If you can reach the water shutoff safely, close it to stop an active plumbing leak. Stay out of standing water near wiring, outlets or appliances; do not cross a wet area to reach an electrical panel. Avoid sagging ceilings and water that may contain sewage. Take photos from a safe place and call us with the details.
Yes. Call with your address and we'll plan travel and equipment.
Yes. We assess the water source, access and affected materials before planning removal and drying. Tell us if there is a sewage smell or a known drain backup, and do not enter a flooded crawlspace. A plumber or drainage specialist may also be needed to correct the source.
We take moisture readings in affected building materials and compare them with suitable drying goals and unaffected areas where appropriate. The materials and readings determine when equipment can be removed. A surface that feels dry is not enough, and drying time varies by job.
